Creative Counsel: Thursday August 29th 7pm-8:30pm

The process of art making carries a long list of benefits including joy, stress relief, and leading a more purpose driven life. At Creative Counsel we will invite the images we create to come forward using movement, writing, sound, and visual art. No previous art experience necessary, all are welcome. Creativity is a birthright and we support each other discovering the transformative power art making has on our lives. This workshop is useful in quelling anxiety, stress, and may provide deep relaxation, and self confidence.
Please dress in comfortable clothes that allow for movement. It might be helpful to bring water and refreshing snacks. If you practice journal writing, please bring one to keep track of thoughts and experiences. If you don’t have one paper and pens will be provided for you. All art materials are supplied and no previous art experience is necessary. We will meet in the outside courtyard and enter the space together.
